I could talk for hours about how great robot is. But put as simply as possible this is the best workout I’ve found in LA taught by experts in all fields of Fitness. Not only has Robot been the catalyst to my 60 lb weight loss in 6 months but has also provided me with the opportunity to find my true Passion, Muay Thai. I came to the gym looking for weight loss and am now on the track to competing.
This gym has everything I could ask for, motivating instructors, calorie burning workouts,

Robot Fight & Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to. To me, treadmills are monotonous, lifting weights by myself is boring, and aerobics classes annoy me – either I don’t know the choreography well enough to feel comfortable or they just plain aren’t challenging enough. At Robot, there is never a dull moment and the classes allow you to train as hard as you want while feeling completely comfortable at any level. Whether I’ve had a stressful day, I’m tired, or I need to take some frustration out, my spirits are always lifted during the classes at Robot. The trainers and members are really nice and give a lot of positive feedback. The gym also schedules get-togethers that further develop camaraderie among members and trainers. Robot has proven to be a great place to make friends. In addition to being an avenue for getting in shape and being healthy, Robot’s Muay Thai (kickboxing) classes have tremendously helped my chronic back problems. The curvature of my back was all out of whack and over 10 different chiropractors across 13 years were of little assistance to curing my ailment. After just 2 months of the kickboxing, kettle bell work outs and the help of my current chiropractor, I’ve strengthened my back in the right places and the curvature of my back is finally returning to it’s natural state. Puts me in a good mood, as challenging as I want it to be, fun, addicting (in a good way), great place to make friends and not be hassled while seriously training, get all the benefits of having a personal trainer without the expense of it (I’ve seen the same kind of results as when I had a personal trainer at $700+ per month), option of extra personal training sessions to speed the learning process, personable staff, most motivating workout I’ve ever had! Absolutely Awesome! I recommend this gym to all my friends! People ask me often how I got my fit bod, so I encourage them to try Robot!

Our Fitness Bootcamp rev up your body’s metabolism which makes you burn off unwanted fats and gain muscle. With only after a few months of training you can see a much leaner and meaner silhouette of your body. Aside from toning your body, it is also effective in boosting your immune system, making you less susceptible to illnesses.
With regular training, your body will become more flexible and conditioned.
Regular training helps build your stamina, as your body gets exposed to intense physical routines on a regular basis, your body becomes stronger and more resilient over time. We have seen students at Robot start by coming 2 days a week, and then within a month participate in over 7 classes a week. Cardiovascular strength increases so quickly hat your endurance and physical health is affected after a very short time of training.
Consistent training allows your mind and body to connect instantly and effectively. This helps with focus and your minds ability to connect to your body, giving you even more of a benefit from being in great physical shape.
Our fitness bootcamp classes are all work timing and technique. The increase you will see in your focus and mental alertness will be evident outside of the gym as well as during your training.
Regular training with the same group of women gives you the opportunity to meet and socialize with an intimate group of women. We create an environment where all the women work on achieving their goals through teamwork!
